Depending on your order, the item(s) will either be delivered by one of our personal drivers or by our Pallet Company Delivery Service. Please see below for more information.

Composite Decking / Cladding / Fencing / Full Kit Orders
Delivery from the day of ordering is typically 3 – 7 working days but can occasionally be sooner.
If your order is large and you need it more urgently than this, please contact us and we will see what we can do. Don’t be afraid to talk to us, we are here to help you!
Once your order is ready to be delivered we will be in touch. You will receive an email from us at least 1 working days before delivery so you know when you should expect to receive it. If the day of delivery that has been assigned to you is not convenient please contact us as soon as you can. We can then attempt to re-arrange delivery for the following week so your decking arrives on a day that is more convenient for you.
If your order is being delivered by our Pallet Delivery Service, your local delivery depot will contact you to arrange the day of delivery. Please note if your order is on an oversize pallet and you do not have access to a fork lift then you will need to handball the items off the lorry, the Pallet Delivery Driver is not insured to unload your items.
Deliveries take place between 7 am and 8 pm on the allocated day.
Our decking will be delivered on a 3.5T Sprinter van, Flatbed Lorry or a 7.5T lorry (If it is being delivered by our Pallet Company). Please make sure suitable access is available to the property before ordering. We accept no responsibility for deliveries that cannot be made due to lack of access to your property.
Please make sure someone is available to assist with unloading. We don’t want to leave your composite decking in the wrong place, this is why it’s important someone is home. We only deliver to the kerb/driveway of your property.
Curbside/front of property delivery.
The delivery is curbside only and we request that assistance is given to the driver to unload the decking. You should make sure there is enough room for our vans/lorrys to unload your decking and enough room to place your decking. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your decking once it has been delivered.
If you have ordered corner trims and fascia boards along with joists and/or decking, they will be delivered along with your joints and/or decking. We like to ensure everything you order is delivered at the same time.
Fastener Only Orders
Smaller items such as fasteners/clips/screws etc will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD next day delivery. This is a tracked 3 – 5 day service.
Sample Pack Orders
Sample packs will be delivered by Royal Mail. This is a tracked 3 – 5 day service and the shipping is free.
